Khalid Kakish

Chief of Staff

Khalid brings 20 years in financial operations, strategy, and governance. As Chief of Staff he partners with the C-suite to operationalize strategy, holding governance, accountability, and alignment in place across the organization. His record covers financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and acquisitions. His approach is data-first: decisions get made against numbers, not instinct. That discipline is what keeps growth from outrunning the structure supporting it.

Tammy Alemazkour

EVP

Tammy brings 25 years of retail experience to Channel Partners and leads Operations and Budgeting. She started her career as a retail rep and worked her way up through supervisor and management roles, which means she has done nearly every job she now oversees. She joins us from Omni Comm / CPM. Her focus is operational discipline: programs that run to standard without being rescued mid-flight.

Tracy Neff

EVP

Tracy leads the Merchandising and Break Fix teams and has been with Channel Partners since 2005. Two decades in the same business means she knows what breaks before it breaks. Her teams operate with the accountability that comes from a leader who has seen every version of the problem and has no patience for the version that gets managed around instead of fixed.

Jack cultivates strategic business opportunities and develops new business segments for Channel Partners. He brings 25 years of retail industry experience leading teams through complex, multi-market programs, and holds a BA in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Mai Zazueta

EVP

Mai leads Client Service at Channel Partners, owning the distance between what a program promises and what a client experiences. She holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii and builds teams that raise problems early rather than manage around them. Her operating principle is one she repeats often: don't be afraid to fail, be afraid not to try.

Julie turns early concepts into work that holds up in market. She pushes teams past the first workable answer, which is usually the reason the final one lands. Her focus is on solutions that are both brand-right and built to produce a result, not one at the expense of the other.
