He brings 30+ years of leadership experience spanning human resources, compliance, training, investigations, and organizational development including a distinguished 34-year military career with the U.S. Air Force, where he most recently served as Chief of Case Management for the Secretary of the Air Force, Office of the Inspector General. Holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and dual master’s degrees in Management and Human Resources Development. Known for building high-performing teams, driving accountability, and creating work environments where people actually thrive. His oversight spans IT, Analytics, Training, HR, Recruiting, Marketing, the Support Center, and more. A leader who lives by doing things the right way, every time.
